The Project Insight Help Center has many resources for all types of customers. Not only do we have an extensive Self Help Library of articles (like this one), we also have a home to submit Feature Requests and help tickets for bugs or issues with the product.
Submit a Ticket Request
The Project Insight Support Team can be reached in two ways - (1) by sending an email to support@projectinsight.net and (2) by our "Submit a Request" button on the Help Center. Both go to the same place, so dealer's choice!
Once a ticket has been submitted, you can create a login to our Help Center to view/manage those open tickets. You WILL need to create a login using an email/password in order to access your Tickets Requests.

Submit a Feature Request
If you think PI should do something that it doesn't - tell us! We review submitted Feature Requests on a quarterly basis and if we think it should be done, we'll do it. If you would like to fast track your request, we'll give you a quote for the needed development and testing hours to implement it as a Statement of Work.
