We typically see teams implement Project Insight between two weeks and two months. The leading factors for this are the availability of your team to enter data and get Project Insight off the ground.
It certainly doesn’t take a full time administrator to run Project Insight. However, the first few weeks of implementation can be full time as we make decisions about the administration sections, how you’d like to run your projects, and which reports you’ll get on the other side.
Our Customer Success Consultants understand that your team has a full time job to do even when they’d like to roll out a new project management solution. Therefore, we give the buffer of two weeks to two months, depending on how much time your team has to contribute to the implementation process.
