Whitelisting - Alerts and Support Emails

The following is the email/domain/server/IP information for Project Insight server(s) that handle our support and notification emails. Please make the following changes so your emails do not end up in your junk folder or blocked at the server level. If you are unsure how to make these changes, please contact your IT Department to have them do it.

1. Safe Sender email addresses:
   1. support@projectinsight.net
   2. notifications@projectinsight.net
2. White-list the following domains and IP address(es) at your email server and/or firewall:
   1. projectinsight.com
   2. projectinsight.net
   3. em2028.projectinsight.net - (Transactional emails from Project Insight via SendGrid)
   4. 68.245.92.132 - (Transactional emails from Project Insight via SendGrid)

Why would you have whitelisted our IPs? 

1. Network security settings are limited only to trusted services
2. Integrated application providers require IP addresses
3. Anti-virus providers sometimes block scripts from defined lists of IPs
4. Inbound emails can be blocked from unknown services
