Enable the Add-On
Admins: go to Admin › Add-ons › Time Tracking › Install.
Once installed, a Time tile appears on the Home screen for all users.

Log time directly from tasks
Open a task and click Log Time.
Enter Hours Worked, select a Time Code (billable/non-billable), and add comments if needed.
Click Save—the entry immediately updates your timesheet and project totals.

Use the Time Entry Grid
Click the Time tile or navigate to Time › My Timesheet.
Choose your week or reporting period from the date picker.
Enter hours across tasks directly in the grid, or use Tab to move between cells.
Click Submit for Approval when ready.

Track time with timers
Start and stop real-time timers from tasks, grids, or the mobile app.
Timers automatically populate the task’s time entry once stopped and saved.

Submit and approve timesheets
Submit your completed timesheet for manager review.
Managers can approve individually or in bulk using Time › Approvals.
Approved time becomes available for billing and reporting.

Export and integrate
Export approved time to QuickBooks, Excel, or other systems via API for invoicing and payroll integration.
