The timeline week view allows you to see all of your appointments for all of your resources in one view, a week at a time. You can drag a task from one person to another to reassign it. You can also reschedule by simply dragging the task to another day.
This view also allows you to add a new appointment by just clicking on a cell. It will automatically select the user, and you can enter the details, such as "Install equipment," for example. You can decide which project it belongs to because this is a cross-project view. This might be an engineering onboarding for a client.
After adding a description, the system will automatically set the appointment. You can decide what time of day it will be. Since this is the week view, you might set the appointment for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Once you've filled this out, simply hit save, and the new task will be added to the system.
