Project Insight allows you to clone users. The clone feature will copy the default settings, roles, and other attributes of the user into a new user that you're creating. All you'll need to provide is the new users first and last name and email address. Invite team members and manage your users.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to use the Clone feature.
The Clone feature in Project Insight lets you set up a default profile for a user with various settings you want for those users, including their roles, resource types, rates, and any basic information other than their personal details. To do this, you go to the user list and then choose a user that you want to clone. Many of our clients have non-active users set up as blanks for team members, and they'll simply choose the Clone option.
Next, you need to type in the new person's details, such as their email address. For example, you might enter 'newperson@mycompany.com.' You will notice that the checkboxes are already selected, containing the same information as the person you cloned. All of the options for a user are cloned, including all of the tabs. The only information you need to provide is the user's first name, last name, and email address to complete the cloning process.
That's how you clone a user, which can really save you a lot of time when trying to create multiple users by hand.
