Add the Last Comment column to the Task List to quickly add comments to each task on the Task List.

This video will show you how you can add comments on each task in the task list without having to drill into each task's detail page. Without this, I would have to go into each task and add my comment there. To save time, I will use the task list and the display options on this task list to add the column for the last comment.
Maybe I can put this up next to the start and end date. Now that I have added the comment column, I can add comments as I go. I can mention people and continue adding comments, and I can see what those older comments were when I click on the same popup area.
Another helpful tool that I can use is the "Last Comment Created By" and "Created On" columns. This will tell me who made that last comment and when it was made. By adding those two extra columns, I can see who made that comment and when it was created.
This is especially helpful and also doable for project reports, just by adding the last comment field into the display options.
