How to View Notifications from the Project Insight Mobile

Short video shows how you can view your existing push notifications from the Project Insight mobile app. Update task statuses, make comments, enter time, capture expenses, submit time sheets, run reports, approve items, and more all from your mobile device.

In this video, I'm going to let you see how easy it is to look at all your past notifications. If you have the mobile app installed, then notifications from Project Insight are generally pushed as push notifications to your phone, and you can see them as they come in. If you need to go back and look at your notification list, you can simply click the little bell icon at the bottom of the mobile app. This will take you to a list of all the different kinds of alerts that were sent to you. These include tasks that are supposed to start, tasks that are due, comments made to you, and reports that are sent to you. All of the notifications are presented in a stream right off of your mobile app, allowing you to go back and look at them over time. You can also see these notifications in the main web app as well as the Microsoft Teams app.
