De-Activate a user to avoid charges and also prevent a user from logging in.

In this video, I'll show you how to deactivate a user in Project Insight. You can navigate to your user list from the admin section. Once you're in the admin area, you'll notice a field at the end labeled "Active." To deactivate a user, simply click that option, and now the user will be marked as not active.
When a user is not active, you are not billed for any charges associated with that user. Additionally, the user cannot log in, and they won't receive push notifications on their phone or email notifications when they are not active.
If you want to reactivate the user, simply click on the "Active" option, and they can be reactivated.
