Hi, this video is about how to track your support tickets, comments, and community activities at Project Insight. The first thing that you need to do is log into the URL support.proinsight.net. Once you've logged in, you will see that you have access to several resources, including self-help resources, support tickets, office hours, system status, security, release notes, and some articles that might be of interest to you.
If you'd like to see your own activity, you'll need to click on your picture or profile image and select "My Activities" before signing out. When you click on "My Activities," you will be presented with a menu that allows you to view the support tickets you have filed, any community comments or posts that you have made, and any community posts or comments that you are following.
For support tickets, I don't have many personally here, but there are a few test tickets to look at. If you had a support ticket, it would typically have a subject that you are interested in. You can see the support ticket number listed, when it was created, and any activity that has occurred. Hopefully, these are all resolved for you. If they are not resolved, you can always click on the link and ask a Project Insight representative for a status update on any open tickets.
You can also search for a ticket that you are looking for or look it up by status. Additionally, you can see any requests that you are copied on. If you are following a comment or a post, you can view the posts that you have made. Here is the title of one post that I made, along with its status, any votes, any activity, and when it was created. You can also see any comments that you have made on other posts and any comments you have made on articles. I apologize for not having a lot to show, but that is where they would be if you had them.
If you have chosen to follow any particular posts, those will be listed under the post that you are following, and you have the option to stop following them as well.
That is how you can take a look at support tickets, your comments, and any contributions that you have made to the Project Insight community. Let us know if you have any questions. You can use the self-help resources and the service desk right from support.proinsight.net.
