Steps to save a page as a Favorite or set the page to be the Default page every time you login to PI.
Transcript:
Hi, I'm going to show you how to set a favorite page or a default page in Project Insight. You've probably noticed that the default when you log into Project Insight is to see the home screen, or potentially the work list, depending on what your organization has determined. You can set another default page where you would rather arrive each time you log in. For example, maybe you'd like to see your work list, or perhaps you'd prefer to be on the time homepage, or some other page that you prefer—such as a project, a task, or something you're working on.
From the page that you'd like to set as your default, you can go ahead and click on "Favorites," and then you can set that page as your default. Now it will show "Time Home" as the default selected, and I can always remove that as my favorite. Another option would be to add to favorites, allowing you to keep "Time Home" in your favorites dropdown. This means it's not set to default, but it's a page that you want to have listed here for quick access when you need to find something. For example, maybe you'd like to add a particular project—such as one for "Pool Open"—that you're working on all the time. You could use favorites to add this to your favorites, so it would be here until, say, the project is over, at which point you might want to remove it from that menu altogether.
So that is essentially how you set a default opening page in Project Insight or add pages to your favorites menu to access them more quickly in your projects. Thank you!
