This video is to provide some additional information for using the project status board view. As you can see on my task list here, I have a few tasks that are done, one that is in progress, and the rest are not started. I also have a couple that are colored. This task here is red, and this task here is also red. When I go to My Views and select the status board view, you will notice that I have those four tasks marked as done and one in progress. I also have those two colored tasks; any task that is colored will have that color encompassing the task card.
I can click on the task card to identify the task color. Additionally, I can add checklist options down here for more information about that. Please check our video about the checklist add-on for more details. I can also set our timer, add time manually, and work on updating the status. Rather than doing that through the task card, it is much easier to move the status directly from not started to started, or back to not started. The system will display the dates of the tasks, and if they are red, that means they are overdue. You can also add comments here, and I can mention someone and include that comment.
For more information about how to use the status board and other boards or project views, please check out their individual videos for detailed explanations.
