This video will show you how to check who last logged into the system and when. To do this as an administrator, you will need to go to your admin section, which will then take you to your user list. The other way to get there is to navigate underneath Administration to Users. Only system administrators or user administrators in Pi can access this page.
On the user list, if I close the left navigation, you'll want to go to the advanced user list. Now, on this page, you need to include the last login date column. If this column is not already displayed, go to the page display options and include the column for the last login date. If you want to look at a list of users that are not just active but also include inactive users, go ahead and include those that are inactive as well. In this example, I will just look at active users, then refresh the page.
Here, you can see the last login dates. You can filter by most recently logged in and see when that last login took place. It will show the date and time of each login. Please note that this reflects the last time the person logged in, not necessarily the frequency of logins.
This has been an overview of how to check when the last person logged in on your user list and how to filter the list from most recent to oldest.
