Overview of Project Insight's native export options on reports: export via Excel or the Print Friendly mode.
Transcript:
In today's video, I will be talking about the report export options in Project Insight. To begin, navigate to the export options menu by clicking the small arrow in the top right of your screen next to the help icon. The three options you'll see are: Export to Excel (Formatted), Export to Excel (Unformatted), and Export to CSV.
Let's start with Export to Excel (Formatted), as this is the most commonly used option. Simply click it, and a new Excel sheet will be generated. Let's open it up, and you'll see that the report has been exported to Excel and formatted properly.
Another common method of exporting is to simply print out your report. To do this, click on the printer icon to the left of the exporting icon. Then, click "Print Friendly," and a printing options screen will appear. And that's all you need to know to export a report in Project Insight.
