Globally Reassign Tasks

Replace a resource across the entire portfolio with the Globally Reassign feature.

We are reassigning tasks from one user to another across the entire portfolio with this new feature. We've added an admin column icon that looks like a little clipboard. Here, we can say that I no longer want Sassy's team member to have any tasks because they already have enough or maybe they are leaving, or for whatever reason that might apply. I click this icon, which will then take me to the globally reassigned Sassy team member's tasks page. All I have to do is specify the project and site to determine who should receive these tasks instead.

Let's assign these tasks to Suszie. I can choose one at a time, or I can check all if I only want to do certain projects from this list. I can make that decision, and then I'll hit reassign, which will apply to all projects on this list. I know that it worked because I have these checkboxes checked. Okay, now Sassy’s team member has zero tasks on this list.
