Following the Time & Expense tab in any of the Add Task - General windows will give your options to the task regarding Time entry and Expense entry.
Time Entry
- Enable the task to allow entering time, or actual hours
- Choose if a Time Code should be associated to the task work
- Enable the time entries to be billable or not by default
Expense Entry
- Enable the task to allow entering expenses
- Choose if a Expense Code should be associated to the task work
- Enable the expense entries to be billable or not by default
Lastly, choose whether Company and corresponding Rate Card should be associated to the task work.
