With Project Insight for Gmail, you can:

Keep all your communications straight with outside parties and your internal team
Create tasks directly from an email
Create issues directly from an email

Features

Send your email to PI is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Sending your email as an Issue to PI

2. Associate email with existing PI Task/Issue/File

Install and Set-up

1. If you already live and breathe in gmail, we want to respect that. Start where you are most comfortable to install the Project Insight for Gmail add-in.

2. Clicking "Install" will prompt you to authorize permission, follow the steps to allow PI to view, run, and connect with your gmail account

3. After the installed messages you will get to link your PI Workspace to your gmail account!

4. Activate! You're almost there!

5. Now you're good to go, create work items from gmail!
