Install the Project Insight for Zendesk Support in Project Insight > Administration > Get Add Ons:
Click Install
Click Configure
You'll need to authenticate and allow Project Insight to connect:

- You can change this default
- Users

- Zendesk is really picky about actual users making updates in Zendesk
- Do you want this integration to automatically create INACTIVE users in PI if we don't find a matching email address?

Default Options
- Should Zendesk support tickets create Project Insight issues
- Should this happen automatically in real time?
- If unchecked, tickets must be converted to a PI issue manually
- Should Project Insight create tickets in Zendesk
- Should this happen automatically in real time?
- If unchecked, tasks must be converted to a Zendesk ticket manually
