Let's make the visualization of Work Statuses simpler.
What if all the work coming up in the next two weeks could be organized by its Work Status graphically and then easily adjusted by all resources?
Look no further than the Project Insight project-level Status board:
Check out how easy it is to drag and drop your tasks between your different Work Status columns. You can also see the resource doing the work by photo, avatar, or initials AND click into the task's hyperlinked name to see the Task Details.
Demonstrate this feature to your Team Members today for graphical task progress. Team Members can move their own tasks to update the Percent Complete too.
Quick Tip: Team Members can also update all their tasks via the My Task Status Board in their My Insight menu.
For more customization, click the Filters to change the number of days ahead displayed on the Status Board.
The Status Board will display tasks that start in the next X number of "Tasks Starting in X Days", the default is 7 days and it will also display tasks that should have already started.
In addition, Administrators can change the Administration > Projects > Work Status Types to only show certain statuses in the Kanban display:
Note* Make sure you have the "Work Status Types" Add on.

Nice Job!
It would be great if you could take it a step further. It would be fantastic if we can visualize parent and sibling tasks, then take a step further and add child tasks.
If you could then add colors to it i.e. a project has 5 parent tasks and each parent task has 1 child task. It would be great to show everything well labeled.
If you could then add green and red colors for when the parent, then that is the cherry on the cake!
Finally, if you can give access to all the stakeholders to the status board, even if they are not assigned to tasks, it will give full transparency to all the relevant people, which makes it SUPER useful!
