From the Project Home select the More Options Icon next to the "+Project" button and select "Import Projects" in the dropdown if you'd like to Import Projects without importing Tasks or "Import Projects and Tasks" if you'd like to import both Projects and Tasks,
Note: We recommend importing the Project by itself first and then importing Tasks once the Project is created, for a detailed guide on this reference our article on Importing your Task List from Excel
2. Download PI Template and fill it in: Launches an Excel Template with all the fields the import supports. Column Header names MUST match what is in this template, otherwise the column data will not import.

Note: Gray columns on the Excel Template can only be used if those fields/add-ons have been created and configured in the workspace.

- Description: Project Description
- Status: Project Status
- Sch Start Date: Scheduled Start Date of Project
- Target Budget Billable Hours: Target Budget Billable Hours of Project
- Primary Project Manger: Resource to take the role of Primary Project Manager
- Other Project Managers: List of Resources that will be secondary Project Managers (Separate Resources by comma)
- Resources: Resources assigned to Project (Separate Resources by comma)
- Company: Company associated with Project
- Sponsor: Sponsor associated with Project
- Department: Department associated with Project
- Project Type: Type of Project
- Phase: Current Project Phase
- Priority: Priority of Project
- Portfolio: Portfolio Project belongs to
- Program: Program Project belongs to
- Health: Health of Project
Upload filled in Template
Click the "Choose File" button and select your filled in Template, then select upload. After this your Project will be uploaded into your workspace
