Jira has the following optional data fields which can be integrated with PI tasks.
- Start Date (Jira) = Start Date (PI)
- Due Date (Jira) = End Date (PI)
- Original Estimate (Jira) = Work Hours (PI)
These fields are required to be added to the issue views in each Jira project to allow them to sync.

In the Project Insight to Jira settings for the Add-on, you'll see the update options available as well as a message if a sync error has occurred.
Use the "read more" link for more information as to the source of the error. Use the "Try Again" button once you have fixed the sync rules in Jira and it will clear the error message. The error message will re-appear on the next sync attempt if there is still a problem with the sync settings.
