Is your Insight Menu missing items?

The My Insight menu gives you quick access to pretty much every feature within PI, all of your commonly used items can be reached from here! Not everyone can see everything though, so what keep someone from seeing one of these?

What's permanent? 

The Home Screen, Dashboard, Task Status Board, My Allocation, Calendar and Directory should ALWAYS be visible as base access for all users. That's all she wrote for that!

What might be missing?

Time Home or Expense Home - if this is missing check the User's System Roles (has to be done by an Admin). 

• Make sure this option is enabled: Time/Expense Report Viewer
• Make sure the User has the option to "Enable Time Entry and Expense Entry" turned on in their Resource Info on their profile

Resource Allocation Home - if this is missing make sure the Resource Allocation & Resource Management Add-on is installed and configured. 

• Also make sure this option is enabled in the User's System Roles: Resource Allocation Viewer
