Copy an Existing User

If an existing user has a user profile which you would like to copy for the new user, you can use the Add Cloned User feature.

Right-click the existing user and select the Add Cloned User option:

This will automatically populate the new user's settings based on the existing user's profile and display it on the Users Add/Edit form.

Not all the data will be populated.

You will still have to manually enter the username which is unique for each user.

Change the data on each tab for this new user as required.
