Email Assigned Tasks and Items

This notification provides a couple options/solutions. When enabled in the User Preferences page, the user will get one email every day at the specified time with all of the Work Items assigned to them. Helpful for;

• Teams who don't want your users to get a bunch of Auto Alerts pestering them throughout the day, this will just be once and will remind them of everything on their plate
• Teams working outside of PI a lot who might need a reminder to get back into the system with links taking them right to their Work Items
