Enable Status (Open/Closed): Enables the ability to open and close Issues
Issue Resolution Required to Close Issue: Requires an Issue to be resolved before closure
Allow Close by All Users: Enables any user in the system the ability to close the Issue
Allow Close by Project Resources: Allows any User assigned to the Project the Issue belongs to the ability to close the Issue
Allow Close by Assigned To: Enables the assignee the ability to close the Issue
Note: Issue managers, project managers, and project schedulers always have open/close permissions
Enable Linking Items: Allows Issues to be linked to other Items
Enable Actions to be added on Issues: Enables the ability to add Actions to Issues
Enable allowing users to accept or decline assignment as the primary resource: Enable assignees to accept/decline Primary Resource on the Issue
Default Start Date After # of Days: When a new issue is created, start date is automatically populated with todays date plus the number of days specified
Default Duration: When a new issue is created, the duration automatically populated with this value
Default Work: When a new issue is created, the work is automatically populated with this value'
Enables issue duration to be automatically set based on the selected issue type when a new issue is created: If enabled Issue duration will rely on Issue Type rather than being automatically assigned from the system-wide Default Duration setting
Enables issue schedule editing to be restricted to only issue managers. Scheduling will not be able to be added or modified by users who do not have the issue manager role: If enabled Issue Schedules will not be able to be edited by anyone other than Issue Managers
Enable Inline Editing on Report: If enabled Issues are able to be Inline Edited on Issue Reports
Enable Inline Adding on Report: If enabled Issues are able to be Inline Added on Issue Reports
Enable Add Button on Report: If enabled the Issue Add Button will show on Reports
