The firewall has been known to block content for long URL strings in Project Insight even if the content filtering service is not licensed. You might see an option to "Activate your SonicWALL Content Filter Subscription" with a "FREE TRIAL" link. This should not be mistaken as an indication that the content filtering is not interfering with network traffic. The Content Filter still intercepts URLs and can interfere with Project Insight behavior unless this is implicitly disabled under ‘Enforce Content Filtering Service’.
The setting which must be changed can be accessed through the "Zones" section by clicking Network then Zones. You will need to click configure on the WAN and LAN, disabling "Enforce Content Filtering Service" on both to ensure URLs are not intercepted by the Sonicwall filter.
This example is from "Network -> Zones -> WAN -> Configure." Remember you will also have to go into "Network -> Zones -> LAN ->Configure" to disable the same setting:
Note that the following two screen shots may appear to indicate that the content filtering service is not enabled, but this is definitely NOT the case. Make certain you have checked the initial setting referenced above regardless of the message in these two examples.
System -> Status
Security Services -> Content Filtering
