Microsoft SSO

Setting up Single Sign On using your Microsoft login is SIMPLE. So simple that most traditional system administrators don't believe us that it could be that easy.

1. Visit "Get Apps & Add Ons" to enable the Microsoft SSO app
2. Your configuration options are ONLY:
• Auto-map Users: Do you want Project Insight to auto-map users based on their Microsoft ID email address matching their PI username? Recommended? Yes, because unchecking this box will require a User Manager to manually set all users' Microsoft Login Credentials in their user profile
• Create Users For These Email Domains: If you put an email domain in this text area, Project Insight will create a user if someone with that domain tries to login to PI without a matching user
3. That's it! It will add this icon to your login page:

   

4. Clicking this link will automatically authenticate through Microsoft SSO
5. If the user has not logged into Microsoft in a while, they may need to re-authenticate per standard Microsoft protocols (you know, enter Microsoft username and password on the redirected Microsoft page)
