While printing from many browser-based programs tends to have mixed results on paper, Project Insight makes it easy to print only the meaningful information from each screen within the system in an easy-to-read, professional format.
- To print, click
within the upper-right toolbar - PI will automatically remove the outer window navigation content from your browser screen
- Use your browser's print function to print without the navigation content
- Hit Ctrl + P
within the upper-right toolbar
Another option you may wish to try for printing table data is to double click the table header for full screen mode. See Toggle Full Screen.
Save to PDF
PI does not have an option to export reports, etc to PDF, but the next best thing is the trusty Save to PDF option when printing a page. Follow the steps above or review the Save to PDF article here.
