If you are a Project Sponsor and want to review work across the projects you sponsor, you can use a Quick Filter on a Task Report. This filter automatically returns tasks from projects where you are assigned as the Project Sponsor.
How Do I View Tasks from Projects I Sponsor?
- Open the Reports menu from the top navigation.
- Select the Task Report card.
- Click Add Task Report.
- Open the Quick Filter Types dropdown.
- Select Tasks That I Am the Project Sponsor Of.
- Click Add.
- Click Run Report.
The report will display only tasks from projects where you are assigned as the Project Sponsor.
