Project Insight’s Appointment Calendar lets field teams and office staff stay perfectly in sync. Dispatchers can easily manage daily and weekly schedules, while technicians access real-time updates, directions, and documentation from their mobile devices.

Accessing The Appointment Calendar
To navigate to the Appointment Calendar click the My Insight Menu Icon in the top left of your screen and select "Appointments" in the dropdown.
Using The Appointment Calendar
- Once on the Appointment Calendar page, you will see a table, each row being a user you manage and each column being a day of the week. However, you can change this Timeline through the options above the table. These options allow you to designate whether you'd like to be in Day, Week, or Timeline Week view as well as allowing you to change the specific range of dates you see. Using the cog you are also able to filter what shows on the calendar. In order to create an appointment you click the day of the week matching with the user you'd like to make an appointment for
- This will bring you to the Appointment Creation Wizard
- Name: The Appointment Name
- Project: The Project the Appointment belongs to
- Resource: Resource(s) assigned to the Appointment
- Location (If Location Add-On is Installed)
- Description: Description of the Appointment
- Start Date: Start Date of the Appointment
- End Date: End Date of the Appointment
- Start Time: Start Time of the Appointment
- End Time: End Time of the Appointment
After filling in the required fields click "Save" to create the Appointment
- The Appointment you created will now show on the calendar
