Choose the right view to plan, track, and report work.
Different roles need different perspectives. Project managers plan in Gantt, team members execute in Kanban, and analysts review in List. Each view in Project Insight uses the same live project data—so any update in one view is immediately reflected across all others.
3 view options
Gantt view
Displays the timeline of all project tasks, start and end dates, dependencies, and milestones.
Drag-and-drop editing lets you adjust durations or dependencies directly.
Ideal for scheduling, forecasting, and critical path management.
Shows predecessors and successors visually so teams can track cascading impacts.
Updates in Gantt automatically sync to the task list, Kanban, and reporting dashboards.
Best used by: project managers, schedulers, or PMO analysts planning timelines.
Kanban view
Presents tasks as cards grouped by status or owner.
Cards can be dragged between columns to change workflow stages (e.g., Not Started → In Progress → Done).
Updates the task’s status and percent complete in real time.
Great for daily stand-ups, sprint tracking, or ad hoc team work.
Filters allow you to show just your tasks, your team’s tasks, or specific categories.
Best used by: agile teams, individual contributors, and team leads managing flow.
List view
A spreadsheet-like grid showing all task fields, including status, owner, start/end dates, and durations.
Columns can be added, hidden, sorted, or filtered for customized reporting.
Supports bulk edits, exports, and inline updates for quick data cleanup.
Perfect for administrators and analysts reviewing large project sets or preparing reports.
Best used by: admins, coordinators, or anyone reconciling or validating project data.
