How to create and assign
Navigate from the Home screen
Click the Portfolios or Programs tile on your Home screen, or open the menu and go to Admin › Portfolios or Admin › Programs.
The tiles are arranged in the same hierarchy you’ll see throughout Project Insight: Portfolios → Programs → Projects.
Create a new portfolio or program
Click + Portfolio or + Program.
Enter a name, description, and assign an owner or primary manager.
Click Save.
Assign a project to its portfolio or program
When creating or editing a project, open the Edit Project panel.
Under Affiliations, select the correct Portfolio and Program, then Save.
The project will automatically roll up into that portfolio’s dashboards and reports.
View real-time roll-ups
Return to your Portfolio Home or Program Home.
See all related projects grouped by status, budget, and capacity.
Adjust your columns, filters, and saved layouts for personalized visibility.
