Copy and Paste Items

To make moving items like tasks or issues around PI easier - make sure you are taking advantage of the Copy/Paste. There is a couple of things you can copy and paste such as projects and tasks.

Right Click and What? 

Like a normal action, right click to Copy/Paste or Cut/Move items and the options will pop out. Once you choose either Copy or Cut those items you will get the following options:

Let's start with the tasks:

When we copy a task we get the following:

You can create as many copies of a task in a project as needed. You can also include them in Project Templates and Project Planning.

When we cut a task we get the following:

You can move a task to a specific project and map it to a summary task, after you do simply hit the save button and your task will move to where you need it.

You can also copy Projects:

You just need to hover to tools and copy your project and you will get the following screen:

You will be able to chose the name of your copy, if you do not you will get the same name followed by Copy - (1):

As shown you will be able to view or edit your project directly after you copy it.
