Getting Started with Proposal Add-on

Under "Get Add-ons" install and configure the Proposal Add-on
- Select Configure to enable time/labor line items and/or enable expense line items
- Proposals will now appear under "Add Items"

Add proposals for either an existing project or future projects
- Fill in the form and save the proposal as shown in the Proposal article

Once you've added the Proposal Add-on, it will appear under "Your Add-ons"
- Here you can choose to enable line items on proposals

Customize your fields for the proposal form

There are fields that come as defaults but you can trim it down to
the following;
- Name, Company, Assigned To, Project Affiliation, Proposal Date, and Description

The default fields that you can add or remove are;
- Billing Contact, Completion Date, Contract, Customer Contact, Invoice Date, Order #, Start Date, and Terms & Conditions

There are fields that come as defaults but you can trim it down to
the following;

Enable time/labor line items on proposals
- Checking this box will allow you to add time to the proposal once created
- The box, "Add Time" will appear under description on the proposal form

Enable expense line items on proposals
- Checking this box will allow you to add expenses on proposals
- The box, "Add Expense" will appear under description on the proposal form

Adjust the Time Deliverable and Expense Deliverable fields
- There are 7 optional fields that come as defaults to both but you can remove them individually
- Time deliverables will have a resource type field whereas an expense deliverable will not
