How to Create a Company Report

The Company Report displays company records in Project Insight. You can use it to review all companies or narrow the results by company name.

Open the Company Report

1. Open the Reports menu.
2. Select the Company Report.
3. Choose the filters and columns you want to include.
4. Run the report to view the results.

Filter the company list

You can narrow the companies displayed in the report by selecting a letter of the alphabet or by using the search field.

Select a letter to show companies whose names begin with that letter. Use Search when you want to find a specific company or company name.

Choose the report columns

Use the column selection options to control which company fields appear in the report.

You can add, remove, and arrange columns based on the company information you need to review.

Run and refine the report

After selecting your filters and columns, run the report. You can return to the report options, change the filters or displayed columns, and run it again as needed.
