Open the Company Rate Card Report
- Open the Reports menu.
- Select the Company Rate Card Report.
- Choose the filters and display options for the report.
- Click Run Report.
Choose a date range
Use the date range options to control which company rate cards are included in the report.
All dates
All Dates includes rate cards regardless of date. This option may not be available for every report or filter.
Use this option carefully when your system contains a large number of records, because the report may take longer to generate.

Dynamic dates
Dynamic Dates provides commonly used ranges that update automatically based on the date when the report is run. Examples may include the current week, current month, last month, or next year.
For example, a saved report using Current Month will use the current calendar month each time the report is run. You do not need to update the saved report when the month changes.

Specific dates
Specific Dates lets you enter a fixed start date and end date. When the report is saved, those exact dates remain in place until you change them.
Use this option when you need to report on a defined historical or future date range.

Filter by company or rate card status
Use the Companies dropdown to include rate cards for a specific company.
Select Include Inactive Company Rate Cards when you also want the report to include rate cards that are no longer active.
Run and refine the report
After selecting your filters and display options, click Run Report.
You can change the filters and run the report again until the results show the company rate cards you need.
