Globally Edit Rate Cards Across Different Companies

It would be super helpful to be able to change all rate cards (cost and sell/billable) rates in one place and have it apply to either all or specific rate cards. 

This is especially useful when our company's burdened rates increase and this change needs to be accounted for across all of our clients. To change each of the rate cards for each of our clients across every time code is going to be rather cumbersome (11 time codes x 30+ clients = 330+ line items to modify) so this would really speed things up!
