Jira and Azure DevOps integration delays

From about 11:00 PM PT on October 19 until 7:00 AM PT on October 20 (06:00–14:00 UTC), our Jira and Azure DevOps integrations didn’t process incoming webhooks correctly. Changes made in Jira or Azure DevOps during that time may not have reached Project Insight.

We’ve fixed the issue, and new changes are syncing normally again.

What you need to do: If any of your projects were updated in Jira or Azure DevOps during that window, please run a manual sync on those projects so everything is current. To do this, [add steps here, e.g. open the project → Integrations → Sync Now].
