(RESOLVED) Intermittent Connectivity Issues April 1, 2026

Project Insight is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues starting Tuesday, April 1, 2026 at 9:23 P.T. We are aware of the issue and are looking into it. Please continue to monitor and follow this announcement for more details.    

UPDATE:  As of 10:50 AM Pacific Time, the intermittent connectivity issues have been resolved.  

We traced the disruption to an issue within a specific API request flow. That issue has now been resolved, and the service was restored 10:50 a.m. PT, April 1, 2026. We have implemented the fix and are actively monitoring performance to ensure continued stability.
