Ability to Move Native Fields on Forms and Status Pages

The ability to move your Native fields on forms would be so beneficial to admin users, and would make forms so much easier to create and edit, and MUCH more flexible. Placing Custom fields above and below and in between Native Fields becomes very difficult and time consuming since Native fields are not movable. Users who are not familiar with JS would benefit from a Feature where a Native Field can be moved, particularly so that your DevTeam does not have to become involved in the creation, layout, and format of the forms.
