Invoice Records - Status "Sent?" renamed

In the Invoice Records section there is a status which has been renamed from "Invoiced?" to "Sent?". The name, however, is misleading as the status is triggered by downloading the invoice which does not automatically mean that the invoice has been sent. Why isn't the status name "downloaded?" instead to make it clearer?
