Project Insight Backend Windows Service Unexpectedly Down Over Weekend

The Project Insight Windows Service was down over the weekend (11/20/21-11/21/21). It is back up and running as of 6:30am Pacific Time, Monday, November 22. This caused customer scheduled reports to not run at their scheduled times and notifications to not be sent. The Project Insight website itself was not affected.
