Error On Project Task List - Fixed 09:40 eastern time

ISSUE: When the WorkTotalExpenseBillable column is used on a Project Task list an error occurs (Zen Guy) disabling the ability to see the project task list. 

RESOLUTION: Fixed. Patch applied.
