How to link Project Task Start and End Dates to another Project Task so it automatically updates the dates?

I have a detailed Project Insight Project Plan for multiple workstreams that is associated with an integrated high-level key milestones project plan for senior management team.  So want to have it automatically updated on the integrated plan when I or someone updates the task dates.
