  As of 1600 UTC, Microsoft Azure experienced DNS issues that degraded services. We have mitigated the internal element of the issue, and we continue to monitor the external Microsoft Azure issue.

  As of 17:28 UTC, Microsoft does on have an ETA on when the rollback will be completed. We will continue to monitor.
