Custom Fields - "Do Not Show" Option for Input and Display Locations

Create and option "Do Not Show" for Input and Display locations for Custom Fields. There are fields that I may want to see on the Input Form, but not on the Status Form, and vice versa. An option for "Do Not Show" would prevent having to use CSS on the forms to hide specific fields.
