Loading Common Risks to Project

Hello,

We are trying to get PMs to enter their Risks (issue records) into PI and have a common complaint that there should be a way for them to not keep rekeying Risks every a new project is created. There are two options:

1) Allow Risks (issue records) to be stored in the project template so the can be copied it when creating a new project from an existing template.

2) Allow Risks (issue records) to be imported from an EXCEL spreadsheet.
