Convert Create Project & Create Approval Links into Buttons / Project Request Page

Convert the "Create Project" and "Create Approval" links into buttons, as the links get lost in other information on the Status Page as well as the Project Home Page. These significant and central options to Create items would be in balance with the page style and be much more visually accessible.
