Reports Viewing Options: Expand All / Collapse All / Expand Top Level

Some reports have the ability to Expand All / Collapse All, and some reports have the ability to Expand All / Collapse All / Expand All Top Level. When working with large reports, and a lot of data, it is beneficial to only Expand the top level, and not view all of the details. Would like to see this option available on all reports, not just some reports.
