Report to display Last Comment HTML suddenly stopped displaying

A report that uses dynamic dates (Current Week) and shows Last Comment HTML for a specific project (JSC Implementation - unplanned) suddenly stopped displaying the comment.  The Comment is added/updated twice a week so falls within data range.  There are 60+ comments going back to 4/2020. Could there be a limit on number of comments causing report to fail?  I have deleted report and re-created but get same result.
